......remove the perspex from the front of the instrument panel, where the speedo is?
Im guessing you have to lever it away from the top somehow?
Anybody? :D

Remove rubber mat, then two knobs from side of binnacle (they pull off), then unscrew the two chrome knurled nuts behind them, remove black panel. Two screws behind it. Other side black trim panel unclips, two screws there too. Remove them, pull the perspex cover off.
 
As above . Simple . However , if you looked it up in the haynes manual you'd start with removing the bonnet , then the auto box , then the front and rear seats :!: :!: :!: :LOL:
