.........hmmmmmm rusty, wet floor, door trims bent, old interior rotted, spare Bootlid on the back seat, filthy in and out, boot trim loose on boot floor, noisy diff, noise clutch release bearing, remains of orange interior trim on pillars, drivers window that falls down if you slam the door ......... I'll bet you can't wait :oops:

Maybe we could put this on hold until its been for a lick of paint and a few bits and bobs :?
On the bright side, drives a dream and looks okay from a distance in the dark :|

Regardless we would love to have both you and lemmy grace our meet. We just love p6's regardless and of course thier owners too, so if you can make it I'll get you a drink and you'll be most welcome. :D
 
The one thing that you always find ar the Rover meets is a friendly bunch of car enthusiasts who really dont care the condition of a car as long as its their. I for one much prefer to see a car which is far from perfect but is being used than these minters being dropped off on a trailer and then brought back home on the trailer to their centrally heated garage. Never be embarassed about your car ...... you use it so bring it along.
 
so bring lemmy along perhaps drive it day to hendon? If you dont bring it im gonna be dissapointed ;-) plus some times people give away freebies so you may find a part you need lol

When's that? Lemmy is off up north for paint & mot soon so it will depend if he's at home......

EDIT - Just worked it out and April is when Lemmy is having his boot, sills and dodgy doors painted ( and the spare v8 chin 8) ) and hopefully getting a fresh mot.

So I suspect that will be a fail!

What ever happened to visiting the Ace? I could do that before the end of the month?

Hi Jim, our meet is Tuesday 13th March so this month not April as its bi-monthly and it happens to fall on the same day as classic car nite at the ace depending on how bissy the meet is we sometimes go onto the ace for the last hour or so as its not to far from our meet. So on the even months we do attend the ace classic car nite so April, June,August and November even second Tuesday is the ace for us. So if you can join us your welcome as always :D
 
:oops: that will teach me not to read all the previous posts..., anyway always welcome when ever you can make it, the more the merryer :D
