Invitation on Sat 13th June 09

The Pirate Club would like to invite you to their annual Car & Bike show on Saturday 13th June at The Anchor Inn, Chesterfield Road, Oakerthorpe, Derbyshire, DE55 7LP

This year we are hoping for a bigger and better show!! So if you have a spare day, please feel free to drop by and have some fun. :D
 
Well guys you all missed a good day. It was a small car show, but plenty of variety!!!
We had about 15 cars come an display, and we had many more come and just turn up and come have a look. It is a shame none of you guys could have made it as there were no P6's on display.
To name a few of my favourites was a very nice big old American car, a rambler I believe it was called, a lovely looking GT6, I have never seen such a nice one before, and a Datsun 240z I just loved it!

Also to top off a lovely day, the Spitfire Aeroplane came over and did a few laps of the Pub on its way home from a display it was doing :D

If you guys can spare the time next year, you are all still welcome to come along, as it would be lovely to see what a proper P6 should look like!
 
Must admit, I quite fancied coming up to your meet but had to get all my weekend stuff done on Saturday as it was the National at Twycross yesterday. Sounds like you had a good day.
