is there lead in my tank - unleaded catalyst

was having a look through some of the paper work of my 2000tc when i came across a recipt for unleaded catalyst added to tank. do you think this is some sort of gizmo that introduces lead to the system without having to use addetives? as in its day it would have run on 5star 100octain. still using an octain booster with lead. what do you all think?

There was something that you could put in the tank that was designed for the Spitfires & Hurricanes using low-grade fuel in foreign theatres of WWII. I seem to recall it didn't pass FHBVC tests but there were a few remedys being pushed when unleaded came in so it may not be the one. Personally I think a lot of scare-mongering went on & apart from the various cure-alls, a lot of people had a lot of uneccessary cylinder head work done.
