More Tacho/Rev Counter

I have 2 four pot rev counters in my spares box, one of which I'm planning on fitting to the Lady C in due course. They are slightly different part numbers and connector configurations and I wondered if anyone could identify the likely dates they would have been fitted.

First one is an RVI 1000/19

with these on the back

The other is an RVI 1050/06A

with these, more familiar, connectors on the back

My August '66 parts catalogue doesn't show the rev counter or pod so I wondered if anyone could help :D

Thanks

Dave

Dave, my TC (late series 1, 1970 model) has the second RVI 1050/06A, which i believe is original to the car.

I also have an (aparently...) earlier spare, RVI 1000/16 on which the connectors look identical to the 1000/19 that you have. The wire that links the dizzy and the coil should form a double loop on the sensorthing on the top left of the rear image.
