so what do people think how she look now compared to when i got hold of her 8 years ago she looks so tired and battered and was almost end up in the scrap yard

Love it! It brings back very happy memories of my Dads old Series one, the first and only other P6 ive ever driven. That was a mid 1970 H plater too, IIRC it was JPU 541H. It was also white and my dad adored it, did it up, resprayed it black and never saw it again when it got nicked from the back of our house
I love what you have done to it, you have individualised it without taking away the fact that its still a series one, good stuff fella!
That interior looks a nice comfortable cosseting place to be.
