When I get an oversized pic I send it to myself and its easier to view - Im on mac and have i-photo .
Don't know what system you are using - Im not too crash hot with computers but managed to fiddle about and stumbled on how to downsize large pics posted here .

Welcome to the forum

That is a lovely Rover that you have there. How many miles has it covered?

Rovers painted black I have never seen on Australian roads (for obvious reasons), indeed black cars of any make are quite uncommon here.
