mysterious engine mounts - need a few parts

Hi,

I need to get a engine mounting bracket.

I have 2 which are the same with the number 560241. The parts catalogue shows that the TC should have one 560241 and one 560242. A friend who had an old 2000tc engine offered me one but his engine has 2 560241's.

So I need to get a 560242. I am not quite sure what the difference is between the two mounting brackets.

I need some of the alloy sealing plugs from the front of the Block if anyone has some spare.

I have a pair of engine mounts off a '76 2.2TC engine you are welcome to (they are different, so I must have both types). I live in Leeds so, if you're localish, you could pick them up - or I could post them to you?

Hi,

I got then brackets from Jules but they are both 560241's.

Does anyone know if rover were fitting the 560241 brackets on all tc's as this is the second car I have come accross like this.

Also does anyone know the difference between a 241 and 242? I thought it was to do with clearing the manifold but obviously not.
