You should be able to get the right stuff from any cam maker or decent parts supplier, I think the last bottle I bought came from Real Steel but the main thing is you need high zinc levels because the Rover has flat tappets and if you don't have proper lubrication the lobes & followers won't bed in properly and you'll end up with a cam that wears really quickly.
