Hello I'm a new member living in Suffolk who has a Rover P6 2000TC mk2.
Are there any other owners living in Suffolk out there that would like to say Hi
I use the car to show at classic car shows many in Suffolk and Essex area.
I would like to hear from any members close to me near long melford

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum :)

There are a few in suffolk and essex - hopefully they'll be along to say hi soon...

Welcome. What part of Suffolk are you in? I take my Tobacco Leaf 2200SC to a lot of shows in the area. May even have seen yours. How about a photo.

Hi suffolkpete
I live in the long melford, sudbury area
i have not worker out the picture post yet.
I'll try again later. Not very techy myself.

I'm on the other side of the county, near Woodbridge but I often visit Long Melford as my daughter lives there. Guy Valentino, who is the Rover P6 Club's area co-ordinator, is trying to organise a meeting in the New Year, but it's proving difficult as we're all a bit spread out.

That sounds a good idea if he could arrange something between use.
Had another look at posting a picture but all my pictures seem to be
Over 2 mb so I don't know.

Hi Dave, just resize your pics to about 800 x 600 then upload them to the forum.

When you are in the text posting screen you will note below the text writing part of the screen are 2 tabs, options and upload attachment, go to the upload attachment tab and click on it. then go to choose file and click on that. Next is find your saved 800 x 600 image from your computer which you select, after that click the add file then click on the submit tab to post to the thread.

Graeme

Fingers crossed this might work!

To be an avatar the picture has to be _really_ small in size. I'll look and see if i can raise the limit. I'd forgotten about this...

Yes suffolkpete it was at Aldham last year and it will be there this year.
I like to keep improving the old girl so I'm always looking for parts that are better than I got fitted to the car for sale like exhaust, spot light lens unit, broke one of mine when I hit a hare. The hare didn't get back up I'm afraid and if it did, I would of chased it a crossed the field. Amazing the damage when you hit something like that.
You can pick up some cheap parts at shows like that from the auto jumble stands if you know what your looking for and will take a chance.

Thanks rockdemon as you will see i have managed to set my car as my avatar now.
many thanks.
