have joined two car clubs for my rover p6 . not been to a rover meet yet as none near me .though have a contact now for Rochford club bear southend. hopefully a meet later in year.
my local club is bering classic car club which welcomes everybody with a classic from a bike to a truck. 2 other rovers turned up over last few months on odd occasions .sadly no p6's.
be nice if we had a location map say a site anybody with a rover can check to see if other owners are around. say search facility ,,nearest in range of ?( miles 10.20.40.50 ?) giving just part of post code or name .eg romford essex ( no street or owner names) thus allowing others seeking meets.other rovers owners etc can get an idea who many her them.
possible set up a chat room? members log in and arrange meet etc.

There are probably lots of Rover owners near me, yet I know only a handful.
