Oversize piston?!

Hello, have just got my rear calipers off and on removing one of the covers I found a little note inside telling me "CAUTION OVERSIZE PISTON" , could anyone shed any light? Could this just be some antirust paper from elsewhere perhaps? Thankyou in anticipation.

Some calipers have those in when instead of having the bore sleeved in stainless machined to the original size, the bores are machined out to take a custom made oversize piston. You'll just have to try to find the correct seal if you just reseal it, or a better idea would be to get the caliper sleeved in stainless and then use a standard piston and seal.
Using an oversize piston in just one caliper must cause brake imbalance.
