Hi all.

Having given away my copy of the Haynes Rover P6 2000/2200 workshop manual to a deserving home,as I didnt think I would own one!!
I now find myself owning a P6 2000,and wanting one for the odd occasions I might need to refer to it! :)
Ive got an excellent original 1967 workshop manual in hardback,"ex library stock",but sometimes you just need both!
SO!! :)
Anybody got one tucked away gathering dust that they dont need anymore?
I should be able to get one for a couple of bob at the Stoneleigh resto show in a few weeks time, but no harm in asking for a donation to help with connors needs!

Cheers Dave

I have a very tatty one you can have if you like. There's no back cover and old parcel tape holding the rest together, but it looks complete. If you want it, PM me with your address and I'll pop it in the post on Monday.

hi pilkie,
that is a bit ungratefull. you have said you only want it to refer to as you have a new one. so what does it matter what condition it is in.

May I suggest you read my post again ian!!
I didnt say I had a new one!! :|
If I did I wouldnt want one would I!!
My thanks again to Willy for the offer!! :)
I dont mean to sound ungrateful and apologies if I do, ,but I would however like to get one that is not held together with old tape and possibly not complete,as its easy to lose pages if they are loose!
A mint one would be excellent,a V V good one would be great, but a complete,in one piece and relatively clean one would be ideal. :)

Thanks Mr D.

Bring it along to the resto show, and if I havent found one before then,I will have it.
I will have to go and look in my loft,as I am sure there is a box of old manuals still about from my mobile mechanic days in the 80's,and you never know!!

I forgot to mention, it smells a bit odd too. :D
No seriously, it's barely worth the postage cost so I quite understand why Pilkie's holding out for a better one.
