As far as I'm aware, the carpet sets were identical across all models and years, so that should broaden your search range. The only possible differences would be the positioning of the driver's footwell carpet to accomodate a clutch pedal, but as there are so many carpet pieces in the footwell, you can probably arrange them any which way.
There was a set of full length red footwell carpets on ebay last week, which I don't think sold so they may crop up again. If not, this supplier seems to have a regular supply of newly made carpets, and they are available in red:

The price is noticeably cheaper compared to Coverdale, but I am not sure what the quality of 'auto velour' would be like.
It always feels terrible when you carry on spending money on a project after a significant outlay, but surely you have to go for top-quality wool-blend carpets? It's a big outlay, but if the seats have just been completely redone, then quality wool carpets would really set them off. Also, it's a sound investment, because in 5 or 10 years they would still look really good and fresh, whereas the velour ones would have to be replaced again.
So in real terms, you're saving money!! Honest....!
Got any pics of the newly done seats? I bet they look fab!
