pedal return

when i apply the brakes the pedal does not return fully straight away it slowly returns on the last bit of travel.i noticed that when i bleed the brakes the fluid coming out of the rear does not flow as easily as the fronts.does this mean i have a blockage and if so where will it be.the pipes are new and i have braided hoses fitted.what do i check first and where do i go from there.

it sounds like hoses, I know you said that you have braided hoses, but these are classic symptoms of hose collapse!
