Reconversion tho BW 65

Hi everybody fount a SD 1 gear box whit the wrong end . I am searching for the richt end for a p6 . Looking for the gearselector cabel . Can not find anny picks Ore technical support for those items . Is there somebody who can give me some picks Ore technical support . Tho make this reconversion . Dho i need tho tear it apart en change al the seal en gasket ? Where can you buy these parts . If someone has a cabel Ore the richt end for the gearbox for sale . please let me now . Thank you very mutch everybody. Other problem is add PIC tho the forum .

If you have a gearbox from an SD1 with an SD1 bell housing then you will have the correct parts. The gear selector is by a remote linkage that bolts on with 4 bolts and 8 rubber bushes.

It would be wise to replace the seals at each end, you need a gasket to replace the front seal if I remember correctly.

He's got an SD1 BW65, not LT77.

They might have a gearbox, but whether they would sell the individual parts you need (tailshaft & housing and speedo gear, and possibly the governor) I don't know you'd have to ask.

Thanks Harvey think i Will take my loss. It's gone be a hard Quest tho find al the pieces . Gone try tho fix my BW 35 if i can find the leaks .

If you can powerwash the box then you stand far more chance of seeing where the leaks are coming from. You can also sprinkle chalk dust over suspected areas to make things even easier.
Make sure the breather isn't blocked.
