Hi all.

I sold the Jag XK8 this weekend.
So my PLK1E plate is going back on the Rover V8 on tuesday and the VBP6B plate will put on retention and be up for sale.
I hope to have the retention certificate returned to me from the DVLA,so I can bring with me to Rugely,so if you are seriously interested in buying this unique and perfect reg number for your P6V8 then pm or E me..
I will bung in the 2 sets of silver on black number plates as well.
It can go on any year P6V8, 1968-1977,but white/silver plates will be needed for post 1973 cars.

I am looking for £995 ovno. Which includes the transfer.

So it seems nobody is interested in buying the poser/private/perfect reg number for their V8P6B!
I will advertise it while at the Rugeley meet,for those who do not frequent the forum,and get Mark to put it in the next issue of the mag,and after that it will go on Ebay for a week or so.
I am of course open to offers.

On a side note I saw Conner's old plate for sale in Custom Car (I think it was) last month, I think they wanted something daft like £2500 !!
 
Probably not the best economic climate to be selling this sort of thing I guess. Mind you it costs nothing to store, and won't deteriorate, so unless you need the cash, you can afford to sit on it a while until somebody with deeper pockets turns up.
 
Well I may buy a project to recomission and sell,but not to keep,got to be sensible.. :LOL: ish!!! :roll:
