Remote servo

Hi
Can anyone recommend a supplier of a NEW Lockheed remote servo as fitted to Rover 2000TC and 2200 P6 cars.I think the part number is TQF 527.Is this correct?

I'm pretty sure they're not available now unless the odd one or two turns up on ebay or the like. I think there are alternatives which someone else may be able to give details of.
Otherwise re-conditioning is the only option.
 
where in the country are you...there are places that may be able to rebuild the servo..Near me there is a small engineering company that did used to rebuild almost any servo for about £25.(I have several secondhand ones but dont know how long they may last)
 
I may be wrong but I believe rear engined skoda's used remote servos, may be easier to find.

Rear-engined Skodas? Surely Rover owners are not reduced to seeking parts from these laughable relics of the past. The Rover Maintenance and Service Manual lists how to re-condition these units and I am sure you can still obtain kits. In the city where I live there is even a motor firm who advertise that they are "Committed to keeping Ladas going in NZ". If nothing else, I admire their tenacity in trying to keep these Soviet-era vehicles on the road.
