Rover 2000TC 1971 For sale

Hi all, due to one of my other cars taking up a hell of a lot of time and money now, i am having to put this project up for sale.

It is a non-runner, and has been a non-runner, though stored in a garage since 1999. I simply wont have the time to start on this car, which is unfortunate as up to around 3 weeks ago i had a date to begin work on it :(

I'll let it go for £250 ono. I dont think that it'll take much work to get it running again, as far as i know the only issue with it is the carbs need sorting.

I would like it gone ASAP and if i get no interest here i'll ring an essex based number ive seen in Classic weekly papers and have it collected by them as i am in need of the space.

Can post pictures up later on, if anyone interested could get in touch ASAP it'd be massively helpful. Will need to be towed away.

Only pic i can find of interior for you to see, but its in pretty decent shape, will clean up a treat im sure.

Sure that those who have spoken to me via pm can see what i mean about the paint job, not to my taste at all - maybe thats going to put some people off? Dont know!

Leaves me now with the silver Rover 25, and the P6 in that picture, and a 1991 BMW 735i (the finest car i have ever driven!).

Ive given it time to see if i can work on this, but ive made no progress at all - i think its time it moved on now.

£150 and you can walk away with this, and every spare i have. Will need to be trailered away obviously, failing that i guess its going to have to go for scrap - which seems a shame.

Please someone get in touch!

I remember seeing this car driving about when I worked in chadwell Heath. It used to come up the london road on a regular basis, that must be at least 10 to 15 years ago. If I had the space and money I would have it. But it's just the wrong time for me I'm afraid. please don't scrap her, why don't you put her on eBay. Im sure she would sell on there.
