ROVER 3500 S NADA

Yup.
I met the owner a while ago,and we have sold and bought P6 items, I am trying to contact him so I can view it.
He does take his time to respond though,so may have to go down to his workshop this weekend and see if he is there!
Think its one of 2 he has owned along with an estate which he sold a while back.

hi,
it is one of 10 3500S and 2 2000TCs that i have fetched over from the states. if you go into rudigers site you can see it half hiding under a tree with the same plate chassis no 43301502A i believe. i know where all 9 are and this one i knew was in bristol, but had forgot who it belonged to. out of all 10 only 5 have remained as original LHD NADA cars, one i did up for a customer and i turned it to RHD, that is now in scotland and was painted blue. two went to the same guy one staying LHD the other was sold to him as a bare shell with running gear which he was going to make a standard RHD series 1 car. chris yorks was made RHD and heavily modified. another is in birmingham being reshelled and the last also in birmingham now has a 4.6 lump in it, 5 speed box and i think is now RHD, but could be wrong on that. one of he 2000s also went to birmingham and the other 2000TC will shortly be going to derbyshire.

nothing to do with this, but on another thread talking about 2000S cars, someone said they remember all of there cars and didn't know how i could forget something so special. these i remember well as i love the NADA cars, not every one's cup of tea but i love them.

I have to agree here, being another NADA fan. I was hooked when I first saw a picture in James Taylors book when I was about 17. I never thought I would own one, but I now do and hopefully I will finish it this summer and get driving. For me, the value is in originality and I have tried to keep mine as original as possible. I have a thread in Members Projects which I will hopefully be adding to soon. Just been on holiday, and decorating so the last month has seen little action on the car!
