hi all,
firstly i would like to apologise to you all. technically i have not been on holiday. i also said i was abroad as when my landline did not get answered, people rang my mobile, which when they think your abroad it stops. i have been in the process as the topic implies, selling my company. it has now been sold and under new ownership as of tomorrow some time when BT get there finger out and transfer my number over to the new owner.

i would like to thank all of you for your custom over the last 5 years or so. i am not leaving the rover world at the moment, i have a full nut and bolt restoration to do on a NADA that should have landed at chatham docks, in fact i have two that should be there. so if any one is in the market for a NADA please ask or phone me on 07761 329149 or 01302 750747 the only stock i have left is NADA related, so if any one wants air-con, electric windows, impact beams etc please get in touch. i also have other p6 work and if anybody wants work done please ring me.

finally i suppose you would all like to know who has bought me out, mmmmmm, let's see what you all think.

:D ANSWER  in a few hours time

Hi Ian,

Sincerely hope that, even if it's not what you wanted, you got what you wanted from the sale.

It's been a pleasure to deal with you over the last few years, and I wish you all the best for the future - whatever you end up doing.

Hope you'll still be sorting out P6's next winter though mate...might need some help with Occie's front springs!

Cheers for now!

Wow Ian... I'll be sorry it's not you that I reach when I need bits, getting work done on the car is a much rarer occurrence indeed. Thanks for great service and tonnes of helpful assistance since well before you yourself set up the company, and all the best with your endeavours!

Bests,

Tor

What can I say but thanks for everything Ian. You set standards for delivery and quality of service that no-one can follow (also standards of anorak-dom when it comes to NADA's.)

And - indeed - Wins & Co. is now the biggest P6 parts supplier in the known universe. Good luck to Geoff - we are blessed to have him only 45 minutes from the workshop.

Cheers
Nick

Looks like Wins & Co are the winners, hope all go's well for you and your family Ian with your future plans, having used you in the past and found you very amicable and easy to deal with I'm sure your going to be missed amongst the p6 world.
Good luck

Ian, What a surprise! I am glad I got to meet you last year for the Beamish show. Thanks for selling me such a good car and for the support you gave me during the restoriation. I have almost finished it.............!

I wish I had known it was up for sale!

Well done over the years Ian, I appreciate what you did to help me with Sparky. It was so easy just to pop over and get help.

Best of luck in the future

Richard
