Screenwash additive

Sainsburys additive is only safe down to -5degrees C and that's undiluted-what are we going to do if we have a cold winter ?
It doesn't smell the same so i'm guessing methanol has been outlawed

Just drive your car to the south of France and stay there for the winter 8) .
