Seeking Outdoor P6 Car Cover Recommendation

Hello, does anyone know of a good outdoor grade car cover for the P6. I am in the USA so hopefully something easily available from Amazon or some such. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
I have used a cover outdoors once, but it ended badly due to extensive mould occurring inside the car. Things to watch for - best fitted with 2 people, as dragging a cover over single handed can be a chore; get the lightest unit available; remove regularly to allow the interior to breathe and dry; get one with lots of ties to get it a tight fit - flapping in wind will abrade the paint surface. I had a Tyvek that came with a car I bought, Used mostly indoors, it was easy to fit as it was very light, and it lasted 20+ years before it started to tear. Soft inner surface.

You're in California so make sure the linen is sun-proof, they'll tear after a summer in the sun. A cover is never as good as undercover (obvious - but set your expectations). Under-car solid adjustable straps that click tight in place will hold, elastic banding will not (especially in sun). Grit will find its way under a cover, so a soft undercover that doesn't wick or hold moisture can be worthwhile. I think having a cover tailored to your car is a good (but expensive) idea. Some covers, advertised as "fitted to" your Rover should sometimes be described as "fits your" Rover, i.e. is big enough to fit over, but naturally flaps in the wind and puddles water in the rain.
As JP says, take it off regularly, the car will need to breath. My best cover was made by a sailmaker in Sydney; excellent fit, UV proof, soft underside, light waterproof shell, Stramps and snap toggles.
 
had a cover for sons lady it lasted 2 years .sun weakened out surface ( inner was. felt lined) and it caused fractures that wind broke apart as it degraded .( wasn't cheap either) so research is best .ideally cartoon type thing is better as no abrasion .rain deflect off is better etc and no contact with paint etc .not cheap but longer term probably ideal. even with these ensure air flow or ventilation is good by opening etc. expensive ones even have fan pressure inside and dehumidifiers to remove moisture and ensure dry air is always circulating! probably a lottery job and then cheaper to move to a home with garage ! good luck
 
Word of advice - when you do get a cover, be careful to avoid snagging it on the small side light tips - I used one daily and have replaced 3 side lights due to being in a rush and snapping them off. Maybe an old tennis ball on each might help ..

California Car Covers is generally considered among the best. https://www.calcarcover.com/

I have used them in the past and you get what you pay for. Be careful, there are some imposters for them out there.
