Spen King Tribute Road Run 21/08/2010

A road run is being organised by the Rover SD1 Club as a tribute to Spen King who sadly passed away over the weekend.

The run will start at Solihull and will end at Gaydon. The run will take place on Saturday 21st August 2010 and all Rovers are welcome to attend.
This date is still provisional at present.

Sounds like the right route :O)

If PAE is back on the road it'd be good to join that :O)
 
I'm hoping to have a P6 on the road by then, so will hopefully attend.. am watching it directly on the SD1 forum..

If you haven't booked in for the Spen King Tribute Run on Saturday 21st August, now is the time to do it because there are precious few places left to fill.

Spen was one of the men who was instrumental in P6 coming to life, so it is only fitting that we show our respect with a good turn out of P6's.

I'll be there - be very quick as I suspect they may well be almost at full quotia for this run. Should be a splendid day out and a fitting opportunity to show our respects.

Hi all,
is anyone going to this from the Essex/Herts/Beds area and would you be interested in a meet up along the way with a SD1 and a couple of P4's (so far)?
Or anyone that would like to possibly meet at the end of the run maybe?
