I went along to this show on Sunday which was basically a classic car show, a custom car show and a hot rod show all rolled into one.

They had some very impressive machinery there, including a few Minis

Gull wing

Short wheel base

And a Rover V8 powered one :shock:

Then some Cortina sleepers - A Mk11 Megasquirt Rover V8 powered version

And a Mk111 with a 302 in it - You could not tell anything was different until he opened the bonnet to reveal a 5L V8

I want one of these

And one of these to scare people with

Great day out - will go again (only 5 miles from my house )

Certainly is. It'd make the Bruiser cower like in a Tom & Jerry cartoon.

I'm lovin' that matt black lowrider, it looks like it's ready to open it's mouth and swallow you whole! The mk3 Cortina's nice as well, I had one before the P6 but mine was a wheezy 1.3
