Hi all.
Another thing I want to do, now I have fitted the towbar permanently,is fit some of those rubber spiral spring insert stiffener things!!
Dunno what they are really called or where to get them, but I know I used a pair in my old 2000tc back in 1978.
They helped to raise the back quite a bit to counteract the load in the boot or from a caravan.
I saw a pair on ebay not long ago but forgot to bid on them!!
I always carry a spare battery, water, fuel, oil, small trolleyjack and toolkit.
Maybe the rear springs are a bit tired, coz it dont half look lower than it should!
Where can I get beefier springs,my dampers have 3 settings soft, med, hard.
Some P6's ive seen at shows really seem to ride high at the rear!! How?? why??
Anybody got any thoughts ??? ???
Cheers Dave
