The Rover manual doesn't say anything about torgue when tightening the bolts of the pressure plate. The original lock-plates are gone and I use ordinary lock-washers and therefore I wonder if the tightening torque is more essential!?
I never torque them up, but if there's no setting in the WM and you're desperate to use your torque wrench you could use the general figures quoted according to the bolt size and grade.
