Hi I’ve hopefully now started to move down the car !
Having been around the engine and steering for weeks
ive fitted a recon radiator,,rebuilt steering pump , refitted the resovoir and replaced the hoses and seals
new coolant and breather hoses,new air filters new plug leads checked cylinder compressions, new air filters and spark plugs,new belts and repaired alternator
rebuilt wiper motor and repaired windscreen washer.
new plug leads and retimed
repainted rocker covers refitted new gaskets, rebuilt carbs and refitted with new gaskets
all the gearbox extension rubbers replaced, repaired the oil pressure gauge and the rev counter
correctly fitted the drivers door release and lock,
left to do rear brakes and repair interior trim also boot light
hopefully I will then have a rolling restoration the car has been painted and looks to be rot free
