Uploading pictures

I'm having trouble uploading pictures to the forum in the members projects section. Getting the error below.

"Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."

Could it be that the size settings need increased by a forum admin?

Hi Paul.

Until the new server is fired up the forum download is out of action.
Its easy and popular to use photobucket for adding pic linksas it never gets full up.
