V8 4 speed manual to LT77, Land Rover 200Tdi clutch fits!?

My worn out 4 speed is really noisy now and has started jumping out of reverse so I've got an LT77 from an SD1 to replace it.
I'd like to use the p6 flywheel and was wondering if a complete SD1 clutch cover & plate fits the bolt holes?

(I've changed the thread title today)

Re: V8 4 speed manual to LT77conversion, what clutch?

Thanks, I was worried I might have to get another flywheel.
Whilst searching further I found a kit car forum saying it also appears that a LandRover 200Tdi clutch is identically sized to the SD1 and fits if you make a sleeve for the bigger bore release bearing - has anyone else heard of this? I ask because SD1 plate/cover/bearing £125, LR plate/cover/bearing £54 although you may need the arm/pivot/slipper pads, I haven't quite figured this bit out.

Hi, I have a RV8 in my series LR, I use a 9 1/2" series clutch which goes straight on.
So it's very likely it will be OK, but you may not need the arm and pivot because the
LR bellhousing is a lot deeper so these maybe different as they have to be bought
further away from the box if you see what I mean.
