I went to have a look the day after i spotted it on e-bay,...it looks tidy in the photos but it needs a fair bit of work,
O/S/R floor looks grotty,as does the O/S/F ,...time to unpack my welder
The rear tyres are 215/70/14 (BF Goodrridge),the fronts are 185/60/14 :!:
There is a clonk coming from the rear which ssounds like a driveshaft U/J,
The seats and interior are in black except for the rear seat arm rests, which are still in buckskin,
The drivers seat has seen better days,
Exhaust has had it,
Rear bumper is twisted at both ends and the towbar has been WELDED on,....gonna have some fun getting that off :roll:
The steering box will need looking at as it tends to wander and feels notchy (non PAS)
Now the goob points,
The engine runs really sweet,no taps or knocks,good oil pressure when hot,..fired first turn of the key,
Electric fuel pump,expansion tank on the radiator
The paintwork looks good, ..it,s obviously had a respray recently because all the s/s side strips and badges are still in the boot
