VIN Plate Question

Did any of the UK P6 models get the "modern style" VIN plate? ie black and silver. Export models did. Just wondering if the later series 2 got them for the "home" market.

hi,
no they did not, only export ones, which went down the centre pillar where the front door opens. they also had the standard english one under the bonnet in the same place and a third on top of the plastic trim where the veneer strip goes.
