I would say it is the rubber bumper to lens gasket you are chasing, but doesn't look like they do it seperately. now if only they did the rubber water drain elbows for the heater box

edit 10/6/14, as below DOH! these probably be a set of foam seals, I'll make inquiries if scottsoldauto do the rubber seal

I actually have a NOS one of these in its original box. Comes complete with the lamp assembly, except for the glass, which comes in a box on its own. I have a NOS one of those too :)

Ron.

They do quite often crop up on autojumble stands!
You just never know if the seller is aware of the rarity, until you see the price!
Look up Lucas lamp and mis-spellings,+ other applications other than Rover P6 on E-bay,they are about!

Ron has the holy grail!

The thing is that many of the chrome covers and innards are in a fine condition, so it is just the outer rubber seal that is needed, not the whole unit.

I will drop a line to Mark Gray to see if he would consider manufacturing a run of these seals.

Think out of the norm for the rubber seal, I got a NOS one from Ebay last year for 99p, badly worded advert for a Farina bodied Austin/Morris etc.

Re-sleeved ones.... I have been waiting since march for one from WINS and they still haven't had them.
I have not seen any since, anywhere, except for some modern unit that is altered to fit.
