White P6V8,reg;PTM 703M spotted on lowloader

Just been informed about a White Rover P6V8,reg PTM703M spotted on a Hinton recovery lowloader in the Bristol/Bath area!
DVLA say its taxed,or sorned till 2014.
Condition unknown?
Going for repair or scrap?
They would not talk about it,or even forward my details to the owner!
Do you know it??
Is it yours??
You can dump it at my place if you dont want it!

I recall seeing what might of been this car at a caravan center in Yate a year or so ago!
Talked to the owner who just used it and fixed it when it went wrong,looked to be quite a mess inside though!
Maybe it went wrong permanently! I see there was no rear/o/s tail light!
