White S2 3500S in Buntingford, Herts

I parked my 2000SC up at work today and was merrily grafting away when a colleague came to get me from the machine shop to tell me there was a P6 parked near to my one. It was a series 2 3500S on a P plate in Vauxhall glacier white (according to owner) Black vinyl roof, running on Vitesse rims and with a 3.9 Rangie engine fitted. Had a chat with the owner who was a very nice chap and we got quite a crowd hanging out of their office windows. It must've been such a treat for those people to see two fine pieces of Rover history :wink: us P6 owners are all heart and aim to please, brightening the days of others as we pass .
Does this car belong to anyone on here? Or someone known to someone on here?

That must have been a brief chat Jon no intro where you from etc you must have invited him/her to your meet 5th nov

He said he was from somewhere near Royston, forgotten the name of the place he said now. He knew about the meet when it was at The Red Lion but didn't know it had moved to Meldreth, I did invite him to the meet though hopefully he can make it down.
