windscreen replacement

I am set to replace the front windscreen on my P6B and read that I must drill out the rivets holding the stainless steel finishing trim.
Where are they?
How do I get at them?

Open the front door and pull away the rubber seal at the a-pillar.
You'll see the rivets.
I replaced them with self-tappers.

I didn't remove mine. Are you replacing the rubber as well, or just the screen?

Thankyou for the helpful replies.
Yes, I have to replace the rubbers as they are totally perished.
Hopefully I can get the screen out in one piece but I have access to a new one if necessary.
Just awaiting the new rubbers from Scotts.

Don't risk cracking the screen if the rubber is shot and you plan to replace it. Get a nice sharp Stanley knife and cut the front face of the rubber away from the screen to make removal less fraught.
