I've had my wings on & off several times, and can pop a wing off in about 10 minutes now. One thing I did was to run a correct size tap through the mounting threads to clean them up before replacing the wing. I did this, and was able to spin the mounting bolts in almost all the way by hand, particularly handy for the front wing bolts just behind the indicator, which are a bit of a pain to get to. I also put copper grease on the threads too, so if I need to get the wings off again, there shouldn't be any problems getting the bolts out.
