wiper delay switch

Worst design feature on the P6 isthe delay switch, looks so cheap and nasty so got some chrome spray and tried it, mmmmmm not too bad

Have to agree. I would've painted it black to make it look less conspicuous if anything. Mind you there is black and there's black :roll:

ps you're doing well if the only thing you have to work on is the wiper delay adjuster. Either that or you're really bored :wink:

I only think its ugly because it is manky white piece of plastic with nothing white near it, so either black to match the shroud (but then wouldnt notice it at all) or chrome to match in with the stalks. This way it is still noticeable and will still get asked "whats that for". As you see i like the stupid questions, plenty of practice

A thought along the same lines as Richard's - why not fit a green lighting knob to it?

I painted my steering column shroud with vinyl paint last summer and never thought to do that bit - I even masked it off!
