Worried about oil pump prime after oil drain

it appears I may have erred by draining the oil (and filter oil) from the car (3500) and leaving it for a few days before refilling.
Should I be concerned and what steps should I take to rectify any potential problems ( e.g seized motor)
Thanks gents. (sorry should have posted this in engine section)

Refill with oil, and fill the new filter with oil. (This will take several attempts as it fills the filter element.) Then you have 3 options, first option start it up and keep a watchful eye on the oil light and guage and hope it builds oil pressure, secondly remove the distributor and buy or make a tool to prime the pump with a drill, or lastly, remove the oil pump cover and fill the pump with Vaseline.

or leave the plugs out and spin on the starter motor for a bit until you have oil pressure (or not). Then you know whether you need to follow the routes suggested by Harvey.
