YRC, Oakwell Hall, Sunday 5th June

We've gone a little bit barmey this year and decided to run two events.

The first is a new one, at Oakwell Hall (WF17 9LG) not far from the M62 at Birstall.

This is a lovely country house, similar to our old Lotherton Hall venue.

Just a reminder that this event is coming up this weekend, I was originally handling most of the organisation, but events have now prevented me from doing this, so Dave Perrins has very kindly taken over, his details can be found on the entry form for our later Saltaire Festival rally.

Good weather, great turnout, spent nearly 3 hours chatting and managed to pick up a NOS boot badge for £75.00

What more can you ask for? - well done to the organisers for a great day out

Thanks for posting the photo's Richard, obviously I was supposed to be organising this event, but my own events put a stop to that.

I'm really pleased the weather held off, looks like it was a really good day.

Many thanks to Dave Perrins for taking over my duties, and of course all the other YRC members that helped out on the day. Hopefully I'll be able to make the Saltaire event in September.
