Have you tried giving it a tow and seeing what happens ?
I did think Eezy Start ignited under compression and was not reliant on a spark
I have heard of putting 2 batteries in series and cranking it on 24 volts but you would need to disconnect the alternator and anything else that's voltage sensitive
