Thanks, I'm sure it will be well presented but as we all know, Well presented = very expensive.

There's a nice avocado one on ebay. Been for sale for ages, but it's had a bare metal respray in cellulose, and sounded quite promising. I was going to be going to see it this weekend, but I'm not anymore.

So anyway, does anyone want to sell their mint condition 3500?

It has to be a case of waiting for the right car - just occasionally you'll see a minter appear that's been hidden away for years, particularily in Northern England from the boom years. There are a lot of cars locked away after major resto in the 1980's/1990's that will surface eventually.

Oh Dear - and there I went looking for an electric P6 -took me a while to get it right

I thought the same and immediately thought of the P6s in Gattaca, which I on Sky movies last night :D

Tim,

I think the P6 weighs about 1200 kg, slightly more for the V8s maybe. The other day I didn't quite get far enough into a parking space, but had already put the steering lock on. So I just opened the door, stuck my foot out and pushed the car back with the handbrake off. My mate was staggered at how light it was!

Michael

Michael, I do this all the time in and out of the garage when doing bits on the cars, specially the V8. Must have saved at least a tenner in fuel by now  Like you say they are not that heavy at all

Did it yesterday, parked on the street and the FM reception was in a bad spot so opened the door and footed it about 10 foot till the station came back.
