East London/Essex meeting.... interested??

Really sorry about this, at the very last minute i got a message from a friend asking that i go up to Lakenheath to pick up some Mustang wheels in his Ford F150. I was unable to post a message on here stating it, as i wasnt even at home when i was asked, he was in a bit of a fix and needed me to go up there to collect them as he was working at short notice and had arranged to pick them up.

I am interested in any further dates mentioned, and i will turn up. Hell, maybe my P6 will even be on the road by then.
 
Well with the degree of support I am of the opinion that the chance of a potential meeting in this area should be regarded as DEAD :?

I am sorry to read that but how about coming along to Classics on the Green at Croxley Green not far from M25 Junction 18 near Rickmansworth, Herts. Here is the location. Further details are on the forum in a separate topic under events.

Location: Not far from the M1, M40 and M25. Join the M25 at junction 21 if coming from the M1 or junction 16 if coming from the M40. Leave the M25 at Junction 18 and follow the A404 towards Rickmansworth turning left onto the A412 towards Watford you will find Croxley Green about 5 minutes after joining the A404. The Green is a turning on the left.

If possible please let me know if you will be there but do come along anyway. Early arrivers are meeting at the Artichoke pub at 2pm and leaving for the show one minute away at 2.30pm. Others who have to work in the afternoon are are arriving later and joining us at the show as soon as they can. Some at 6pm others as late as 7:30pm..

Sorry my friend.... although I did take the car for a run out today I am afraid I could not make it to the venue. I hope we can make it another time and if any others read this maybe they will turn up too. :)

I cannot make it until early September as I am away.... drop me a PM if you have a date in mind :D
 
I am interested.

Lack of living P6 is the only issue.

I think a get together is a superb idea, i check here reasonably often - so lets arrange something?
 
Due to an underwhelming response I am, once again, of the opinion that a meeting in this area will not happen.

Hi guys, we hold montly meets at the Halfway House on the A127 so if it would be easier for you guys to join us than make a separate meet you are more than welcome. As it is monthly meet people can come along when they feel like it. We usually have a P4 and on one meet, 4 , yes 4 SD1s!
