Really don't know what to say to that sort of news Ian. Sage words as always from Harvey though. Stay strong and keep fighting.

Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Ian, what dreadful news. I've only met you a few times (you re-conditioned my AC unit a few months ago) but I really just can't believe it. Why do these awful things happen to the best people? Am thinking of you and your family,

Dave

Ian,

very sorry to hear about your health issues. As others said, stay positive and keep up the fight!

Regards,
Dave

I am sorry to hear such sad news Ian.
I am not in a position to offer any advice to you, but just don't despair, do what you have to do regarding the treatments, and continue to keep yourself busy with your projects. I sincerely hope that you will manage to pull out of this.

Demetris

Ian you have helped me so often in the past and with such patience, to hear your news was a real shock. I'm sure all rover owners are praying for you and your family. Please ask if you need help with anything its our turn to help you now.

Best wishes Glen

Hi Everyone

As Ian explained to you all back in April his cancer had spread to his liver. Since then he has endured a 9 week course of chemo, followed by a CT scan, unfortunately on 1st August Ian was given the most devastating news, the cancer has spread to his lungs, his prognosis wasn't the best, his consultant told him he had months.

I am now writing to tell you all that he is now losing the battle. And I would like to convey Ian's sincere Thanks to all who gave words of support.

I will keep you informed of any news.
Donna x Also his 4 wonderful children (Eily, Jo, Ella and Joseph)

You will be pleased that when Ian was still well enough he bought another Rover 3.5 Auto in Lunar grey, recently listed on ebay, with 28k on the clock.
Joseph will be taking on the restoration with help from close friends (He's just like his Dad, out there all hours). We will also keep you all posted on the progress.

Sad news to hear
Dont know what to say , so sorry for you and your family .
All my best
Gerald

I wish I could say or do something that would help you Ian.

Never give up hope.

My sincere best wishes to you and your family.
Ron.

Been sat here for a while now thinking what to say, I'm still struggling for the words. Why do these things always happen to the good guys.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this horrible time.
