Like the Rover V8 , the Ford V6 has......a reputation for head gasket problems, and fuel vapourization issues...... :LOL:
 
Very late revival of thread. Have seen complete oil pressure drop while crusing at 2k rpm, without red light. Returned to normal service within a minute. Have new sender from JRW, and a spare SD1 sender. This last is marked fron the top

This gives me a resistance of ~185ohm.

The JRW unit has

Made in UK.

This gives me 295 Ohms. These readings dont gel with Quattro's figures - ?
