Interesting .... Is that on the same principle as when Volvos used 850 Estates as touring cars - ie it's so big no one can get past ?

No on the principle it will be totally stripped out, come in around 800kg and have around 250bhp.

If we can get the handling right nobody should be close enough to get past.....

Mind you the caravan on the back should deter a few people as well........ :D

The entry form is now available for the Beamish Event http://www.p6club.com/node/244
The team have negotiated an absolutely superb deal where the car, driver and one passenger get in for just £15.00 that alone is a saving of £17.00 on normal Beamish prices. Extra passengers will be charged at £7.50 which again is a saving of at least £2.50, so get booked in early.
Entry to the event & rally field is strictly by advanced booking only, there will be no unbooked entries on the day.

Time is running out to get booked into the RP6C Anniversary Rally at Beamish, so don't be dissapointed, print the entry form out from http://www.p6club.com/files/anniversary rally entry form 2010.pdf and get it in the post before we run out of space.
Don't forget the event entry fee of just £15 covers the car, driver and a passenger. This represents a saving of £17 from the normal two person entry fee, so get booked in and don't miss out.

Well I've finally got the holiday calendar sorted at work...so I'll be there! :)

Entry form & cheque duly posted today...looking forward to it!

Campsite sorted & booked! Byreside at Hamsterley, NE17 7RT

Travelling up on Friday and staying till Wednesday...a few years since I've been in that neck of woods.

Anybody else staying over for a day or three?

Hi All
There have been a couple of requests put forward to do some Insurance Valuations (for P6's) while at the Beamish rally, so I am packing some Valuation forms to bring with me. Now the club provides this service free of charge to members while at events (£25 to non-members) and an event like the RP6C Anniversary Rally is ideal to do them but there is a limit of time, so if you do need an Insurance Valuation doing please get in touch with me and I'll add you to the list, but do it quickly and of course you'll need to be attending the rally, so get booked in!

(You'll obviously note that, I say the service is free at events, I say this because if the valuer has to travel to do a valuation, then there maybe travelling expenses incurred if not, so we do try and always do them at events where possible)

If you do miss out at the RP6C Anniversary Rally at Beamish and we sincerely hope you don't, but if you do, we are holding an Insurance Valuation event as part of the RP6C National Rally at Rugeley on 26th September 2010.

And finally if all else fails we maybe able to do a couple of Insurance Valuations before and after the RP6C AGM, which incidentally, this year is being held in Manchester on 21st November.

See you there!
