All being well I'll be attending the rally this year (my entry has just gone off...).

Would it be an idea if those forum members going could put their forum name in the car window or similar? It would be good to say hello to as many 'names' as possible :D
Top idea,i shall do this,

I have cut out and used the forum title and added my name:

It makes an instantly recognisable sign. I will turn it into a laminated card and stick in in my windscreen!

Yes, that is a good idea Phil. I'll be attending and displaying my forum name in the car window :) . See you's there, Will.

How do you do that,thats brilliant :D :D :D

Go to the top of the forum page and withg the pointer over the Rover badge, click on the right mouse button. Slide down the menu until you get to 'save picture as'. Click on this and save the picture somewhere you will remember. I opened it again in a program I have called Paint Shop Pro to add the name, but you can insert the picture file into WORD and add a text box.

You can of course just print it off and write on it, or print off your name and stick it on!

Looks lik PAE won't get to see beamish till 2012... shame but there's only so much welding I can do!

They just showed the museum on 'Flog It' & it looks great. I would have liked to have attended to make up for our proposed visit last year being mockered by Bruisers cracked exhaust manifold, which confined us to Durham city. No can do though, too much to do at home at the moment.

hi all,
just a quick note to say looking forward to the rally and to say we are setting off at 7.45 from blyth services on sunday morning. definately two NADA'S travelling up together, i don't think my mate with the third one will be coming as it is not yet mot'ed. paul you have my number but i don't have yours, if you and adam want to travel up with us, either ring me or meet at blyth services before 7.45

For those who are travelling some distance have a safe journey.

We're staying at Byreside camping site on Sat night so if anyone else is in the area we'll see you there.

Aiming to get there early on Sun after a big camping fry up.....yummy...

See you all there :D

Hi all,

As per normal, arrangements have changed somewhat!

Originally my friend Louise and myself were coming up but my good lady Patricia (although full of cold at the moment, bless her!) has now succumbed and decided she would like to come with us. Gotta be flexible with the ladies, haven't you! :)

We'll be travelling up Saturday mid-morning, lunch somewhere near Wetherby, and staying at Eslington Villa in Low Fell.

Hoping the weather holds, and looking forward to a great weekend!

Just working out the final logistics, but looks like I'm coming up with Martin Smith. Can't miss this one.
See you Sunday folks

Wish I was going to this one, sounds like a blast - but apparently I'll be chasing a couple of steam hauled charters on Sunday!

Have a good day all, looking forward to seeing some photos when you all get back

Nidge.

This just in from Mark Gray - Gus Ellis (will be known to most of you) is stopping at The Plough, Kibblesworth (nearby) - is there someone who can pick him up en route through on Sunday morning. Phone number for the pub is 0191 410 5540. If anyone can pick Gus up we'll be very much obliged.
