A very wet day, 180 vehicles booked in , approx 83 vehicles braved the weather. Apart from a dry spell of 1hour 20 mins it rained the whole time to differing degrees  some pics;.....

We were booked with 50 plus cars promised, but the weather, as every where else, has been atrocious. Our fete is held on grass land, which drains reasonably well. I really admire the 35 cars who turned out - inluding four P6s. It rained most of the time and it was definitley squishy by the time cars left, but they all gout out with out the help of the help vintage tractors also on display! Interestingly, the classic cars had less hassle getting out than the "moderns" of the stall holders. Not sure if this is down to all the extra weight in modern cars, or classic car drivers knowing their cars better and responding to the driving surface more sensitively. Above all though, well done and thanks to all those who brought their cars out in such awful conditions.
