That's an extremely sorry sight & you wouldn't think that it would be in such poor condition having been owned by Rover specialists. Bottoms of lakes spring to mind.

According to Rudiger this was it in 2005:

TBH, I'd like to know how it got like that in eighteen years without a lake. I know the later build quality wasn't up to much but blimey.
