Cambs/Beds/Herts meet invitation

Great to meet you and the family Phil :) It was a good turnout yesterday and at least the heavy showers didn't dampen our spirits. Hope to see you there next time :) Great pictures by the way.

I managed to fix my brake reservoir float ,I found another cork ,from a sherry bottle

Good to see all who attended, thanks Phil for posting the photos, still haven't got my camera
No problem. As long as my better half attends, the chances are the camera wont be far away :)

That's a coincidence, I have a few corks lying around here as well

BRG looks great on these cars. That S2 looks very well sorted. We have missed too many of these friendly meets and hope to return soon. We had a good excuse last month as we ran in the London to Brighton and lived to tell the tale. I'll save the big story for when I actually get there again to talk to someone.

I've been lazy with the photos lately, but we're still up and running - all Rovers and their owners are always welcome at:

The British Queen
94 High Street
Meldreth
Cambs
SG8 6LB

ALWAYS first Saturday of the month at 14:00, never moves

A few from Octobers meet:

Good to see everyone again especially Guy who made it down from Lowestoft :D

Hopefully mine will be back on the road in time for the December meet.

That's a nice 800 coupe . I wonder if they will reach P5 coupe prices in time?

This was an exceptionally clean car. I'm no expert but I was told by the owner that this was a rare development car as it had the 2.0 turbo engine fitted that wouldn't normally have been the case.

A good meet :) even though I was outnumbered by SD1s  and a joy to let someone else share the P6 experience ,even though it scrubbed the rear tyres a bit
